Alec Ferguson

Wealth Manager, Co-Founder

I’m the co-founder of Crescera Wealth, where I lead our investment due diligence and portfolio management initiatives. My career has centered on building and managing multi-asset portfolios across public and private markets, always with a focus on clarity, discipline, and alignment with clients’ goals. Before launching Crescera, I served as Chief Investment Officer of a regional RIA, chairing the firm’s investment committee and overseeing asset allocation across a $2 billion platform. Prior to that, I held senior investment roles at Morgan Stanley and BofA Merrill Lynch, where I managed complex multi-asset strategies for ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients.

Outside of Crescera, I serve on KKR’s RIA Advisory Board and on the CFA Society Salt Lake City programming committee, helping foster education and collaboration across the wealth-management community. I also sit on nonprofit boards supporting cultural and economic development throughout the Mountain West. I earned my degree in the Humanities from Brigham Young University, and I hold the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, a reflection of my belief that thoughtful, evidence-based investing can both simplify and strengthen how families steward their capital.
